Subclass 888 visa
The subclass 888 visa is part of the Business Innovation and Investment visa stream. It is the second part of the provisional 188 visa and grants the holder permanent residency in Australia. The subclass 888 visa enables you to remain in Australia and continue your business activities here.
To be eligible for the Business Innovation and Investment subclass 888 visa, you will:
- already have had the temporary subclass 188 visa for at least 12 month;.
- show that you have been meeting the conditions for the type of business innovation and investment visa you hold;
- meet health and character requirements.
